G-Valve - Effluent Gravity Valve

G Valve Logo

The G-Valve (effluent gravity valve for overflow protection) was created for clients who need to have deferred effluent storage when containment is unable to be positioned at a lower gravity point from the cowshed due to contour height, porous ground, ground water and where space doesn’t allow. The effluent gravity valve is a revolutionary design that will control fibrous effluent from an effluent containment to a smaller pumping sump.

How the G-Valve Works

The G-Valve is a simple contraption that works simply by a leverage arm connected to a float actuating a ball-valve. It is robust in design, made of heavy duty steel that is epoxy coated with a galvanised linkage arm. The G-Valve is hard wearing to avoid soil and effluent corrosion.
