Shane Phillips
Shane Phillips grew up on a local dairy farm where from a young age he gained both knowledge and a farm work ethic. Straight from school he began working in the water, effluent and engineering industry. Eleven years ago it was time to take the the leap and start his own business which was originally Dairy Systems Engineering and Pumping. Its started as a small operation with only a few staff in a small premise on Lawrence Street. Through hard work and dedication Dairy Systems continued to thrive and grow rapidly so when the opportunity arose to purchase 40 Turongo Street which was then a garden centre, Shane knew it was time to expand the business and build a purpose built facility.
Shane strives to offer the best products and services, and is often designing revolutionary products to fill gaps in the market. The Torpedo, G-Valve, Easy Skid, Vibe Panel and the Sp Stirrer have all been created to fill a void in the market to ensure our customers have the very best pumping and effluent systems on their farms.
